Print Multiple Invoices

 

This feature allows you to select multiple invoices from Invoice History to print at one time instead of a single invoice or range or invoices.

From Accounting, Invoices, click the Button to display a list of invoices. Next click the Print Invoices button to display the Multi-Select Option.

Once in multi-select mode, a message in red will display at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to find the first invoice you would like to print. Press and hold the control key (Ctrl) and click the first invoice to be printed. Go to the next invoice and press and hold the control key and click the next item and continue until all invoices to be printed are selected. If you do not click the control button, your options will be reset. When an invoice is select it will be highlighted in blue.

To print, click the print invoices button again and select the method you would like to print.

This feature will remain active until you go back and un-check it, you exit accounting or you exit the system.
